Dear Pillar Family,
As 2025 comes to a close and I reflect on all the Lord has done through our family of churches, I am deeply moved and profoundly grateful. Your ongoing partnership together in the gospel is not something we take for granted. It is a remarkable kindness of God that more than 630 churches have linked arms in this Great Commission work, and we pray you continue to find this partnership both meaningful and fruitful.
Below you will find a snapshot of some of the fruit the Lord has brought in 2025 through Pillar and our partnerships. Each metric represents many stories of His evident grace through our shared prayers, generosity, and commitment to starting and strengthening healthy churches.
Looking ahead to 2026, our hope and expectation is to see even more churches equipped, planted, and revitalized through our shared mission and doctrine. As always, if there is any way we can serve you, your pastors, or your congregation, please do not hesitate to reach out. It remains one of our great joys to labor alongside you.

The Pillar Network

KEY METRICS
Pillar serves churches by providing connection, coaching, and cooperative support for the equipping, planting, and revitalizing of churches all around the world. Here are some key metrics highlighting how your investment in our network helped accomplish these goals.
~$1.27M GIVEN TO SUPPORT PLANTS/REVITALIZATIONS
From January through December of 2025, approximately $1.27 million was given or used to directly support church planters/revitalization works in our network. We are truly grateful to our churches and donors for supporting gospel work around the globe through our network!
HELPED PLANT ~52 NEW CHURCHES
Throughout the past year, Pillar helped ~52 new church plants/replants/revitalizations. This includes churches that are in the early stages of planting, launched in 2025, and plants that are still in their infancy.
+126 NEW PARTNER CHURCHES
The Lord has once again blessed our network with significant partner growth in 2025. This year, we were able to partner with over eighty new like-minded congregations around the world! At present, the Pillar Network has 636 partnering congregations in membership.
HELPED FUND 14 CHURCH PLANTING RESIDENTS
Pillar helped fund 14 residents getting ready to plant. These residents were located both in the United States and overseas.
BUILT 17 CHURCH PLANT WEBSITES
One of the services Pillar provides to new plants is the option to have us build their first website. Pillar also assists new plants with logo design and other branding needs.
HELPED SUPPORT 56+ EVENTS FOR PASTORS
In 2025, Pillar helped support or lead around 56 events meant to equip and encourage pastors and other Christian leaders.
+12 NEW REGIONS LAUNCHED
In 2025, we were able to launch 12 new regions, taking us a total of 85 regions partnering together. A major aspect of Pillar’s ministry is to help forge localized regions of churches where pastors can collaborate in historic Baptist associationalism while strategizing in planting and revitalizing efforts. In addition, many pastors have found encouragement and friendship through regularly meeting with other like-minded shepherds for fellowship. In 2025, our regions gathered hundreds of times to share a meal, build fellowship, pray together, and strategize for future gospel endeavors.

Pillar is now composed of churches in 44 different nations including 2 US Territories. We praise God for this ongoing global diversity. It is our desire to plant in even more nations in 2026!

This chart highlights Pillar’s numerical partnership growth since 2012. At present, there’s about 636 churches in the network. In 2026, Lord willing, we will continue to see continued network growth as we partner with more like-minded congregations and plant new ones.
2026 PROJECTED BUDGET
This chart depicts our projected annual operating budget and the 4 main spending allocations for 2026. The total budget for next year is expected to be approximately $2.3M. Below are some breakdowns of our various budgetary categories.
MINISTRY - includes costs such as residency grants, church start up funds, coaching and equipping, events/conferences we host, travel, web design for church plants, books, payroll for church plants, food, pastoral care, regional meals, etc.
PERSONNEL - includes costs such as staff salaries (planned for 7 full-time, 15 part-time), insurance, retirement, employer taxes, and bonuses.
ADMINISTRATION - includes costs such as building expenses/utilities, subscriptions, online donation fees, bank service charges, accounting, office supplies, postage, etc.
COMMUNICATIONS - includes costs such as translation and design software, camera/podcast gear, contractor’s fees, social media ads, print work, swag, etc.

~900 ATTENDED UNITE 2025
The Unite Conference is Pillar’s flagship annual event featuring 2-days of preaching, teaching, musical worship, breakouts, good food, and enjoyable fellowship. This past year’s conference focused on helping churches move towards church multiplication. We were very encouraged by the large turnout at Unite 2025 and hope to see even more for Unite 2026. Pillar Intensive 2025
In 2025, we held our fifth annual Pillar Pastors’ Intensive in San Diego, CA. This event focused on equipping our pastors in various skills related to church planting and revitalization. Speakers and panelists for this conference included Nate Akin, Liam Garvie, Dave Kiehn, Eric Bancroft, Jimmy Steele, Josh Wredberg, Jeff Long, Steven Thiel, Brant Small, and more.

2025 International Conference
In May of 2025, we hosted our annual International Conference in Edinburgh, Scotland, with 200+ in attendance. Speakers included Dave Kiehn, Chopo Mwanza, Nate Akin, Clint Darst, Eric Bancroft, Evans Walton, Liam Garvie, and more.
