Dear Pillar Family,

We want to say thank you so much for your support and partnership in the gospel. As we reflect on 2024, we wanted to provide you with an End of Year report that gives a snapshot into how money spent, time invested, resources given, and relationships formed helped equip, plant, and revitalize churches all over the world. Moving into 2025, we are looking forward to seeing how the Lord will use the Pillar Network and our continued partnership for the glory of Christ, the health of his church, and the good of the nations.

KEY METRICS

Pillar serves churches by providing connection, coaching, and cooperative resourcing for the equipping, planting, and revitalizing of churches all around the world. Here are some key metrics highlighting how your investment in our network helped accomplish these goals.

~$1.10M GIVEN TO SUPPORT PLANTS/REVITALIZATIONS

In 2024, approximately $1.10 million was given or used to directly support church planters/revitalization works in our network. We are truly grateful to our churches and donors for supporting gospel work around the globe through our network!

HELPED PLANT OR REPLANT ~40 NEW CHURCHES

Throughout the past year, Pillar helped 40 new church plants/replants/revitalizations. This includes churches that are in the early stages of planting, launched in 2024, and plants that are still in their infancy.

+83 NEW PARTNER CHURCHES

The Lord has once again blessed our network with significant partner growth in 2024. This year, we were able to partner with over a eighty new like-minded congregations around the world! At present, the Pillar Network has 523 partnering congregations in membership.

HELPED FUND 10 CHURCH PLANTING RESIDENTS

Pillar helped fund 10 residents getting ready to plant. These residents were located both in the United States and overseas.

BUILT 18+ CHURCH PLANT WEBSITES

One of the services Pillar provides to new plants is the option to have us build their first website. Pillar also assists new plants with logo design and other branding needs.

HELPED SUPPORT 45+ EVENTS FOR PASTORS

In 2024, Pillar helped support or lead around 45 events meant to equip and encourage pastors and other Christian leaders.

+16 NEW REGIONS LAUNCHED

In 2024, we were able to launch 16 new regions, taking us a total of ~76 regions partnering together. A major aspect of Pillar’s ministry is to help forge localized regions of churches where pastors can engage in historic Baptist associationalism for the good of planting and revitalizing. In addition, many pastors have found encouragement and friendship through regularly meeting with other like-minded shepherds in their cities.

Pillar is now composed of churches in 43 different nations including 2 US Territories. We are praising God for this continued global diversity and desire to plant in even more nations in 2025!

YEAR-TO-YEAR NETWORK GROWTH

This chart highlights Pillar’s numerical partnership growth since 2012. At present, there’s about 523 churches in the network. In 2025, Lord willing, we will continue to see network growth as we partner with more and more like-minded congregations & pastors.

2025 PROJECTED BUDGET

This chart depicts our projected annual operating budget and the 4 main spending allocations for 2025. The total budget for next year is expected to be approximately $1.98M. Below are some breakdowns of our various budgetary categories.

MINISTRY - includes costs such as residency grants, church start up funds, coaching and equipping, events/conferences we host, travel, web design for church plants, books, payroll for church plants, food, pastoral care, regional meals, etc.

PERSONNEL - includes costs such as staff salaries (planned for 8 full-time, 8 part-time), insurance, retirement, employer taxes, and bonuses.

ADMIN - includes costs such as building expenses/utilities, subscriptions, online donation fees, bank service charges, accounting, office supplies, postage, etc.

MARKETING - includes costs such as camera gear, social media ads, print work, swag, other software, etc.

NEW PILLAR PODCAST LAUNCHED WITH 37 EPISODES IN YEAR 1

In March of 2024, Pillar launched our first official podcast in efforts to serve our network pastors and to provide edifying content for our churches. Hosts have included various members of our staff, such as: Nate Akin, Dave Kiehn, Liam Garvie, Phil Newton, Brandon Langley, Sarah Rogers, & Jenna DiPrima.

~730 ATTENDEES AT 2024 UNITE CONFERENCE

The Unite Conference is Pillar’s flagship annual event featuring 2-days of preaching, teaching, fellowship, musical worship, breakouts, good food, and enjoyable company. Each year, the theme for this conference comes from one of Pillar’s six DNA points. This past year’s conference focused on biblical authority.

+75 PASTORS EQUIPPED AT PILLAR INTENSIVE

In 2024, we held our fourth annual Pillar Pastors’ Intensive in Nashville, TN. This event focused on helping newer church planters and revitalizers. Speakers and panelists for this conference included Nate Akin, Liam Garvie, Matt McCullough, Eric Bancroft, Zane Pratt, Phil Newton, and Jason Wredberg.
